What should I do if there is a problem during the use of the product?
First, please contact the dealer who sold the product to you.
If the problem remains unsolved, please request an after-sales service by submitting a form here, and we will have a specialist call you back within 24 hours. We will either help you address the problem with instructional guides, or inform you the information of repair service providers in United States.
If your Zoomax products breaks or fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge. To qualify for warranty service your device must have been purchased within 2 years.
Do not ship devices to us or any of our repair centers without first obtaining an RMA number.
Shipping cost for repair/maintenance of the unit within the warranty period will be covered by Zoomax. A prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email box beforehand. The repair fo NON-human damage and return shipping is covered by Zoomax. ALWAYS include the power adaptor when returning your product.
Customer will be responsible for the repair and shipping cost of the human-damage product in or out of warranty.
Can warranty be extended?
The warranty extension is only available on Acesight electronic glasses series.
- Acesight & Acesight S 1-year warranty extension: $259
- Acesight VR 1-year warranty extension: $179
The coverage can only be extended once. Thus the longest warranty of Acesight, Acesight S and Acesight VR is 3 years. To get the warranty extension, please leave us a message.
Can I still have the unit repaired if it’s not under warranty?
Products older than 2 years and therefore out of warranty may still be repaired at the owner’s expense. We will inspect the device and provide a repair estimate prior to completing any service work.
You will be charged for the transportation and maintenance costs. If the accessory replacement is necessary, you will need to pay for the accessories. Please contact us for the cost details before sending the device to us for repair.
Can I buy an accessory separately if it is lost?
Yes. You can buy the accessory directly from your distributor, or you can browse the Accessories category on Zoomax USA website, or contact us directly.
How long will it take to complete the repair request?
It takes 3-5 business days to address a repair request and complete the repair after we receive the unit with the correct information including RMA#. For more complicated repairs it may take 3-5 days, up to 10 days total.
The delivery time will be 5-10 days after receipt of the device. Please check the delivery status you will receive in an email with your tracking number and invoice.
