We have two authorized repair centers who can help with warranty and non-warranty product service. If your device is out of warranty and requires service, you may contact the center closest to you for support. You will be responsible for shipping, parts, and labor. If you believe your device is under warranty, please contact Zoomax (USA) Inc. first so that we can verify this for you. Doing so might save you money.
